Another Facebook Graffiti.  Azunyan (officially name changed) from K-On!.  I was actually going to draw her laying down, but it was hard since I have to turn my head when I draw and exhausting me in the process.  Not really a superb work, she looks like running to toilet wanting to pee now.

My second drawing of Ohana-chan from Hanasaku no Iroha.  Played around with some filters on Photoshop for the background.  I think, I like cell shading better : )

Matsumae Ohana, the main character from my favourite anime this season, Hanasaku no Iroha.

A very interesting anime with a mix of comedy.  The story is a bit flat, but still entertaining since it’s a light hearted anime (which I prefer).

It’s been a while I draw a fanart.  I think the last one was the Tachibana Kanade fanart spree.

Rorona Fryxell

I thought I should put an update on what I am currently working on.  A fanart of Rorona Fryxell, the main character from a game called Atelier Rorona.

I tried a different approach for this work, making the line softer than usual, and going to try if I pull off the coloring part.  The lineart itself still need to be fixed, especially her legs.  A bit too big, don’t you think?  I also need to fix the skirt.

I suck in doing lineart straight on computer, so I have to do pencil sketch before tracing the line on Photoshop. :)

Here is the pencil sketch before I outline it on Photoshop.  I was disturbed by the legs, that’s why I change it on Photoshop, although still not satisfied.  I actually like the more dynamic pose on the sketch.  (I always tend to draw one leg bent and others not on my pose?  Don’t ask me why).

Probably my second favourite girl in the anime.  Despite she is a loli girl with Rie Kugimiya as her seiyuu, I find her interesting.  She is not as annoying as Shana. :)

Yagyuu Juubei

This is a fanservice anime that I currently watch.  The only reason I watch this anime is because of the interesting character design and also the artistic direction of the anime.  No, I don’t mean the covering boobs with ink stains.

NOTE: I will be coloring most of my future drawings now.  The era of pencil drawing is over (until the cycle comes back again).  Cheers!
